This repair shop took a long time to initially fix my car, left with me an XM Theftlocked error on my car after changing out the BCM (so I can no longer use the Sirius XM service), charged a small fortune, and I had to take it back multiple times to fix a TPMS module that needed to be reprogrammed, a windshield wiper that was still slapping, as well as the radio (which still isn't fixed). The customer service was poor, and I actually had to call them twice for a pickup the first time they fixed the car (before it was taken back) because the driver didn't show up after 45 minutes. They even charged me $129 and 0.8 hours of labor just to replace a rear light bulb.

Updates: after leaving reviews, I was refunded. I do appreciate they made it right after all. So I am changing this place from 1 star to 4 star This needs management attention. I took my 2007 town car to the shop to fix its lumbar support. The front desk lady Tyler said it will cost $149 just to get a diagnose and she also suggested there should be parts available to fix the issue after the diagnose. So I went ahead chose the diagnose. But after the diagnose, she said they can’t find parts for it. I suggested to get a used part or any other solutions(there are a lot of used parts for town car on the market); She just refuse all other suggestions. I felt like I got lied into the diagnose since she suggested more than once there should be parts available for it. Also, she didn’t care to give me a discount to make it right, because part of this is her fault.  I will keep telling people about this if you guys don’t make it right
