Took my car in initially because there was a vibrating rumbling noise from the vehicle. And I needed brakes.  I don’t have much money and have an hr commute to work and an hr commute home.  I get the phone call of what’s wrong with the car.  Motor mounts transmission mounts all new tires front and back brakes. Totaling around bet $3,000. I am completely speechless.  I don’t have that kind of money.  I am doing my best just to pay my bills and keep my head afloat.  Now I’m borrowing money from my own boss to fix my car.  With that being said.  1 1/2 weeks after my car is “fixed” and returned I’m driving to work at 3:00am and my car starts over heating and smoking.  I get it somewhere to be able to use a vehicle to get to work and home.  I then drop the car off again at hales for the second time in 2 weeks.  I get a call saying it’s the coolant outlet connector.  And wouldn’t you know another $600. I asked if there was anyway that this piece could have been damaged from the work that was done previously. I was met with the “absolutely not there is no way we damaged anything”.  I look it up and I find that while removing and replaced motor mounts it is 100% possible to damage the coolant outlet connector. So here I am. Paranoid to drive my car because I feel like something is always gonna happen.  Untrusting ppl with anything because my car could have been damaged by them and they just wanted more money.  And out now almost $4,000 I’m having to pay back while not even be able to hardly pay my own bills and gas.  So I will most certainly not be back to hales auto if I can help it.

The customer service was excellent. The technicians weren’t able to find anything wrong with the suspension of my car but their inspection gives me peace of mind that the car is sound!
